We have received multiple complaints concerning Cash on Delivery orders, where some delivery agents ask for the OTP to reschedule and then mark the shipment as canceled. If you need to reschedule the shipment, please read the message carefully. If the message says ‘cancellation,’ please do not share the OTP with the agent.

My package shows as delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?

I received a damaged product, What do i do?

I am not getting the option to cancel the order on website, What do i do?
You will only be able to cancel the order before it gets shipped. If your order has not been shipped but you are still unable to cancel it, please reach out to our customer care team.
How much time does it take to dispatch my order?
Your order would be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once the order has been dispatched.

What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?
