By choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation
   I confirm that my order details — including products, quantities, and shipping information — are final, and I understand that modifications or cancellations may not be possible once dispatched.
2. Payment at Delivery
   Customers can pay by cash or UPI at the time of delivery. An additional ₹49 COD charge applies to each COD order. This charge is non-refundable in case of cancellation or refusal.
3. Delivery Attempts & NDR
   Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made at the provided address. If the delivery agent marks a false remark (e.g., “customer not available” when you were available), please promptly respond to the NDR (Non-Delivery Report) messages or calls to ensure successful delivery. Failure to respond may result in the order being returned and COD being blocked for future orders.
4. Order Cancellations & Refusals
   If I cancel or refuse delivery for any reason, kojiesan.in reserves the right to block my Cash on Delivery option for future orders, and I acknowledge this policy.
5. Timely Availability
   Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order during the expected delivery time frame. Repeated failed attempts may lead to order cancellation and suspension of COD for your account.
6. Correct Contact Information
   It is your responsibility to provide a valid phone number and remain reachable for delivery confirmation or NDR follow-up.
7. Service Area Limitations
   COD may not be available in certain remote or high-risk areas as determined by our logistics partners. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be serviced.
8. Misuse & Fraud
   Placing fake orders, repeatedly refusing delivery, or misusing the COD facility may result in permanent suspension of COD and potential legal action if necessary.
